Where do you ship to?
We ship to anywhere within Canada including all ten provinces and three territories.
Do you ship outside Canada?
No, we only ship within Canada.
Who is eligible to make a purchase?
You must be 19 years of age or older and residing in Canada to make a purchase.
What is the currency used on the site?
The currency used on the site is Canadian dollars (CAD).
How do I contact you if I have questions?

We respond within 24 hours or less.

We accept credit cards and Interac e-transfer.

Interac e-Transfer (also known as an Email Money Transfer) is a retail banking service that allows Canadian customers to send and receive money using their email and online banking.

Do you have a rewards program?

Here at Weed Fairy Shop, customers can earn store credits for every purchase that they make. You will earn $1 in store credit for every $20 spent. Store credits can be used like real money on your next purchase.

We accept cash and credit cards for in person sales. And Interac e-transfer for customers outside of our delivery zone.

Orders and Shipping:

What are my shipping options and rates?

We currently offer Canada Post’s Xpresspost (2-4 business days). Shipping to British Columbia and Alberta is $16.50. It’s $20.00 everywhere else.

We offer free shipping to orders with a total of $150 or over.

How will my order be packaged?
Your products will be packed in a discreet, smell proof, mylar bag, which is heat and vacuum sealed, and then shipped in a plain, unmarked box or large envelope depending on the order size.

Our method of packaging allows for maximum freshness, odour protection, and privacy from unwanted attention.

When will my order ship?
We ship out orders Monday to Friday except on holidays.

All orders with completed payments received by 7AM PST will be shipped out the same day except on weekends.

Orders placed after 7AM PST will be shipped out the following business day.

How can I track my package?
You can track your order on the Order page, or you can go to Canada Post’s website and enter your tracking number.
Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order if it has not been sent out yet.

Please send us an email at store@weedfairyshop.com with the cancellation request along with your order number.

You will not be able to cancel your order if it has already been sent out.
